1. 3-Day Return & Exchange Window

3 days return or exchange is allowed for damaged goods only.

2. Mandatory Photo and Video Evidence

For wrong or damaged products, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

Please record the package opening from start to finish without any cuts or edits.

Claims submitted without a clear unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Ensure the product and packaging are clearly visible throughout the video.

3. The "Seal Tag" Rule (Strict Policy)

All our products (clothing, bags, jewelry, and shoes) come with a specialized Security Seal Tag attached.

Please try on your items or check your accessories before removing this tag.

IF THE SEAL TAG IS REMOVED, BROKEN, OR TAMPERED WITH, THE RETURN IS VOID.

We will not accept any return where the tag is missing or reattached.

4. Eligibility & Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn & Unused

The item must be unused, unwashed, and free from any stains, makeup marks, odors (perfume/smoke), or damage.

Original Packaging

It must be returned in the original packaging (box, dust bag, or pouch) with all accessories included.

Hygiene Standards

For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged.

5. The Return Process

  1. Log in to the Return Center on our website.
  2. Select the order and item you wish to return.
  3. Upload Proof: Upload the required photos showing the item and the intact Seal Tag.
  4. Approval: Our team will review your photos within 24-48 hours.
  5. Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and physically inspected at our warehouse:

  • We will verify that the Seal Tag is intact and the item is unused.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • If the item is found to be used or the tag is missing, the item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Final Sale."
  • Gift cards.
  • Products marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase.
